Decongestion Shower Bomb With Spearmint Review

Simply, “Loved it.” I am an allergy/sinus sufferer that struggles periodically throughout the year. I am known to take a eucalyptus bath or stay in the shower a little longer for some relief from allergies.

I have never tried a shower bomb before, bath bombs yes, but not the shower. It was the perfect amount of potency for my tastes. My only recommendation is to put the bomb away from the flowing water so it lasts a little longer.

I hope you enjoy this Mixture Shower Bomb as much as I did!

How do Rituals anchor us in life?

Life’s Rituals! Even if we are not aware of it, we all have little rituals that we perform every day. What is your morning routine? Is it the same every morning? Does your day get thrown off if something is out of place in the morning? Why do you think that is?

Rituals have always played a powerful part in all cultures, through the history of man. As we observe peoples from different cultures, rituals mark the most important seasons and events for their society. We learn about their culture by what they value and worship in rituals. In doing so, we learn more about ourselves and our own cultures.

Families have rituals. Do you make birthdays a big deal? Which holidays bring the family together, as one? Are there moments of worship and prayer?

Rituals serve as an anchor for us, providing a feeling of safety and stability. Rituals allow us to drop into a cadence or rhythm that is familiar. It brings a sense of peace and stability, possibly even observance and mindfulness. Even the simplest of rituals can be considered sacred to our being.

In fact, it has been found that rituals have a profound effect on our nervous system. And because of that, when you are feeling overwhelmed, a ritual, a meditation, a quiet time and cup of tea, whatever it is for you, can anchor you and bring a soundness or balance back to your nerves.

    A Quick Ritual Test:

Is there something you like to do every Sunday?

Are there specific people you enjoy doing it with?

If you don’t get the opportunity, do you feel like your week was complete?

If you answered YES to all three, then you have a ritual that is important to you. Now, rate the strength of feelings for not getting to do it with 1 = not much to 5 = very much.

Take a moment and consider those rituals that help you find peace and honor them.

    The Importance of Breakfast

Breakfast!  We hear repeatedly how important it is, but what is the truth behind this statement?

The reading and research I have done would confirm that this is a factual statement.  Being in the healthcare field, I decided not only to research this subject, but I tried a few days of eating breakfast vs. going without.  The conclusion I have come to, is that it is, in fact, a true statement.

A healthy breakfast in the morning is like putting gas in the tank of your car.  A full tank of gas will get you to wherever you need to go that day.  An empty tank won’t get you very far and can cause multiple problems for you.  The same is true with eating breakfast.  A good healthy and nutritious breakfast will get your metabolism going, help you focus and give you the energy you need to get through to lunch or throughout the day.  Doctors recommend a combination of carbohydrates, fiber and lean protein for breakfast.

On the go and in a hurry?  Consider protein shakes, a yogurt bowl with your cereal added on top, or pack breakfast for the car ride!

A healthy breakfast to start your day will help you get the nutrients that your body needs.  Without it, you may have low blood sugar, feel sluggish and lack the energy you need to tackle your day, so don’t skip it.  Make it a priority to start your day in a positive, healthy way!

    Reigniting Relationships

Valentine’s Day!  This week is a special week of candy, cards and date night on the town — at least for some.

For others, it is a week of painful reminders.  Love and Joy of past times and sadness for its loss.  It doesn’t matter why.  It could be due to angry words, a lost friend, a breakup, divorce or death of a loved one.  It is easy to allow pain and sorrow to take over the mind and heart.

But, as Maylo says, what we think and feel is a choice.  Where we go, and what we do is a choice.  Don’t let this day isolate you from others.

Choose to reignite a relationship! It doesn’t have to be a serious thing.  It can just be for fun.

Buy a card for a coworker.  Call a family member.  Text an old friend, Hello!  Attend a Yoga class, and bring cookies.  Better, yet, ask a friend to dinner, and dress like it’s a date!

You just might find, that friend was waiting for someone, too!
